Two switches, and either one starts the motor. OR is how a hallway light works from both ends of the corridor.

Steps
1Connect the battery to the OR block's power side.
2Wire each switch into one of the OR block's inputs.
3Snap the motor onto the output and add the fan attachment.
4Test all four combinations, then chain it after the AND gate from the last exercise.
